Around 10:19 p.m. on March 25, a person was shot in the parking lot a McDonald's in the 3800 block of Blue Diamond Road.

Arriving officers located an unresponsive man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Homicide detectives determined the victim was in the parking lot and met up with an unidentified suspect driving a gray sedan. An argument began and both the victim and suspect pulled out handguns.
The victim was shot and the shooter fled in his vehicle down Blue Diamond Road. This investigation may be narcotics related.
The identity of the victim, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County coroner.
