UPDATE FEB. 23: The Clark County Coroner has identified the deceased man as 25-year-old Dorian Bond. Bond's death was due to multiple gunshot wounds to the torso and it was ruled a homicide.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says one person is dead, one person is in critical condition, and two people are in custody following a shooting in a shopping plaza near Jones Boulevard and Flamingo Road early Saturday morning.
Lt. Ray Spencer with LVMPD says around 2:30 a.m. Shot Spotter flagged several gunshots in the area, and arriving officers heard several more.
Spencer says officers observed a man in his 20s standing outside of a hookah lounge, and took that man into custody.
Another man was found running from the scene nearby and he was also taken into custody.
Police say one man was found dead on the scene, and another man was rushed to the hospital with critical injuries.
Spencer says several cars in the lot were peppered by gunfire.
It wasn't immediately clear what led to the shooting.
Spencer says investigators believe they've located everyone involved in the shooting.
