LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The 2018 Yamaha motorcycle involved in the fatal crash on Wednesday night was stolen, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
NHP says their preliminary investigation indicates that the motorcycle was heading east on Ann Road near the US-95 at a high rate of speed.
The motorcycle ran a red light and hit a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox.
The rider of the motorcycle was ejected and died as a result of the crash.
The rider has been identified as 30-year-old Daylon Lamar Bernstine.
