A man was shot early Tuesday morning and walked to a nearby Walmart to seek help.
Police said the man was shot in the chest just before 2 a.m. at the Amber Ridge Apartments off Sturgeon Lane. He then went to the Walmart at Nellis Boulevard and Stewart Avenue.
Once he arrived at the 24-hour store, a security guard found him and called 911.
The suspect is still on the loose and police have not yet released a suspect description.
