LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — An Illinois man wanted for murder has been arrested for murder.
The U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force says they arrested 39-year-old Corey Cathey on charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery at the Wild Wild West Hotel and Casiono.
Numerous witnesses say that Cathey is responsible for shooting 24-year-old Miranda Goddard in the head in Grandville, Illinois.

He was arrested at approximately 7:15 p.m. July 31.
Goddard was shot and killed on July 28.
Cathey is currently being held on $2M bond at the Clark County Detention Center pending his extradition to Illinois.
