Prosecuting attorneys are asking for additional testing for Scott Gragson after he was the driver involved in a fatal crash.
They want Gragson's blood and hair sample to also be tested for drugs.
Also, 13 Action News has learned that Gragson could be forced to shell out hundreds of millions of dollars because of combined lawsuits.

One of his passengers and mother of 3, Melissa Newton, was killed in the crash.
