UPDATE APRIL 13: The Clark County coroner has identified the man whose body was found as 45-year-old Daniel Halseth. His cause of death was sharp force injuries and it was ruled a homicide.

Las Vegas police say someone started a fire to try and cover up a murder at a home located on the 8400 block of Dunphy Court, near Durango and Alta drives.
Detectives say someone called 911 around 1 p.m. on April 9 with reports of cardiac arrest.
Paramedics found a man dead inside the garage with multiple injuries.
Authorities have not yet identified the victim or said how he died.
