They tell us the victim, Robert, was hit on the head over 30 times in the attack. Right now, we are not releasing the last name of the victim.

Henderson police say they are reviewing surveillance video of the attack. As of Monday night, there is no one in custody.
The victim remains at the hospital with a broken jaw, according to loved ones.
13 Action News has requested the surveillance video of the suspect. We will share that online as soon as it is released by detectives.
Police say this was a robbery but they have not released any further information.
ORIGINAL: Police are still searching for a suspect(s) after a clerk working at a Chevron gas station at St. Rose Parkway and Seven Hills Drive reported being "beat up" at 4:15 A.M.
The Chevron convenient store was ransacked and the clerk was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
