UPDATE: 13 Action News spoke with one of the suspects in the home invasions at Clark County Detention Center.
Giovanni Loring told us that he feels like he let his family down and he is hoping for some mercy. He also said that he is sorry for anything that happened to the victims.
We broke down the investigation with 13 Action News Crime and Safety expert, Retired LVMPD Lt. Randy Sutton.
"They were successful in that they had a string of these things," said Lt. Sutton, "they were emboldened."
