LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Clark County Coroner's office has identified a man found dead in his Las Vegas apartment on Nov. 5 as Rhey Angelo Obis Cerbo.
Authorities say he was a 33-year-old Las Vegas resident.
The death was ruled a homicide caused from a gunshot wound to the head.

Police say the man was discovered by officers during a welfare check at an apartment complex on Rochelle Avenue near Flamingo Road and Maryland Parkway.
Police have not released any suspect information. The incident remains under investigation.
