Amanda Mirkovich, a 42-year-old special education teacher at Tate Elementary School, was arrested on April 26.
Mirkovich was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges of possession of stolen property, felony grand larceny, felony burglary, and obtaining money under false pretenses.
Officers believe she stole equipment from Tate Elementary School and sold those items to pawn shops in the community.
Police also arrested her boyfriend Robert Oseguera. The teacher's boyfriend told police that Mirkovich would bring home iPads and he would wipe the information off of them and put stickers on the iPads to cover the words "Property of Clark County School District."
