Police said a woman's husband went past security and set a car on fire early Wednesday morning.
Homes were evacuated and roads closed after the fire near Charleston Boulevard and Hualapai Way around 3 a.m.
The vehicle went through the front gate at Queensridge not once, but twice. The suspect also drove into the family home before setting the car on fire.
No one was hurt in the incident. The man was eventually taken into custody.
A family friend says the couple is going through a separation.
