MOHAVE COUNTY (KTNV) — Four people have been arrested in Arizona’s Mohave County for transporting $3.9 million worth of methamphetamine.
The bust happened approximately 5:30 p.m. Sept. 17 on Interstate 40 near mile marker 57. They were arrested by the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement during a traffic stop.
After a positive K9 alert, the vehicle was searched and numerous bundles totaling 89 pounds were discovered inside.
The following people were arrested:
- 22-year-old German Alvarado
- 28-year-old Abril Arreguin
- 24-year-old Marion Torres
- 30-year-old Moises Moralez-Marquez
All four individuals are facing charges of transportation of dangerous drugs for sale and possession of dangerous drugs for sale.
