3 brothers arrested in Mohave County for child porn

Three brothers were arrested on child pornography charges in Mohave County, Arizona, on Wednesday morning.

The Mohave County Sheriff's Office says that they were contacted by detectives in Connecticut who were looking for the trio. The detectives apparently believed that the brothers were staying with their parents in Fort Mohave.

Deputies with the sheriff's office went to the home and contact the homeowner. He confirmed that his three sons were staying with him.

Jason Matthew Emory, 38, James Kyle Emory, 32, and Nicholas L. Emory, 24, were arrested on fugitive from justice felony warrants issued out of Connecticut for child pornography.

They were arrested without incident and booked into Mohave County Jail.

A 23-year-old man was also arrested on Wednesday for hurting his girlfriend's child.

The mother of the child brought the 2-year-old boy to the hospital with a broken leg on Sunday. Detectives were called and the baby's mother told them that the child fell while her boyfriend, Matthew Lawrence Wright, was taking care of the boy.

Deputies observed bruises on the child's neck The child was airlifted to Sunrise Medical Center in Las Vegas for more treatment.

The Department of Child Safety took custody of the child after he was medically released on Nov. 9. At about 4:45 p.m. that same day. Wright came into the Mohave County Sheriff's Office and reportedly admitted his involvement.

He was arrested and booked into the Mohave County Jail on charges of aggravated assault serious physical injury per domestic violence, aggravated assault temporary disfigurement per domestic violence and child abuse per domestic violence, all felonies.
