HENDERSON (KTNV) — The Henderson Police Department has made an arrest in a shooting that happened that week.
Authorities responded to a shooting call in 1100 block of W. Sunset Road, near Marks Street, on Aug. 27 before 2:30 p.m.
Police say a man and a woman were shot in the incident with the woman listed in critical condition at a local hospital.
Monday, 30-year-old Owen Hunnel was identified as the suspect involved and booked into the Henderson Detention Center on two counts of attempted murder with a deadly weapon.
Henderson police say their investigation remains ongoing.
