UPDATE: Third man arrested for Henderson murder in October 2019

UPDATE APRIL 20: A third man has been arrested in connection to a murder in October 2019 in Henderson. Authorities have identified 38-year-old Wahid Briley as an additional suspect.

Briley was arrested on April 3 and booked into the Clark County Detention Center on one count of Open Murder with a Deadly Weapon, one count of Attempt Murder with a Deadly Weapon, one count of Conspiracy to commit Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, one count Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, one count Burglary with a Deadly Weapon, 2 counts Attempt Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, and one count of Possession of Stolen Property.

HENDERSON (KTNV) -- Two men have been arrested for a murder in October 2019 in Henderson.

It happened around 10:30 p.m. Oct. 12 in the 2900 block of Clarity Court near South Eastern Avenue and East Silverado Ranch Road.

Henderson police found two men, ages 40 and 45, with gunshot wounds. The 40-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. The 45-year-old man was transported to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center with a non-life-threatening injury and released.

ORIGINAL STORY

35-year-old Angell Cordero Fernandez was arrested Nov. 5, 2019, and booked into the Henderson Detention Center on one count of open murder with a deadly weapon.

27-year-old Michael Jerome Mosley Jr. was arrested Jan. 15 and booked into Henderson Detention Center on one count of open murder with a deadly weapon, one count of conspiracy to commit robbery, and one count of burglary while possessing a handgun.

They were arrested by Henderson detectives and the Criminal Apprehension Team.
