38-year-old Michael Maria Falus and 43-year-old Larry Gray Jr. were taken into custody in Reno by the local FBI Agency in connection with a homicide in Las Vegas.
The incident happened in September in the 300 block of West Lake Mead Boulevard, near Losee Road. Police say a good Samaritan was killed while trying to stop a robbery that happened at a nearby convenience store.
Law enforcement officials allege that Falus took chips, burgers and soda from the store. A man ran outside in front of her car to try and stop her, but he was run over and killed.
Falus was booked for murder with a deadly weapon, robbery with a deadly weapon, and duty to stop at the scene of an accident. Gray was also booked on robbery and murder charges.
