LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — UNLV Medicine says it is working with the Nevada National Guard to increase curbside testing capacity at their Shadow Lane facility.
The partnership comes after Gov. Steve Sisolak activated another 700 guardsmen on Tuesday to help fight COVID-19.

UNLV Medicine says it plans to gradually increase daily tests from 150 to 300.
So far, staff at the facility have tested more than 3,000 people in Southern Nevada. Last week they had to slow testing significantly because they were running out of tests.
To get tested at the facility you must meet CDC recommendations to be tested and schedule an appointment in advance by calling (702) 583-4408.
