LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Friends who recently recovered from COVID-19 have created a self-disinfecting phone case they say kill germs.
Their website for Aeris: the antimicrobial copper phone ase says, "using antimicrobial copper alloy, Aeris kills harmful germs, continuously disinfecting your phone."
Aeris was founded this year by three Vanderbilt University students majoring in engineering, economics and public health.
Two of the company's founders had COVID-19, and they say during their recovery they thought about ways they could help prevent others from suffering the same fate.
