LAS VEGAS (AP) — A different kind of protest on the Las Vegas strip this Sunday.

People gathered to sing hymns and promote religious freedom outside of Caesars Palace.

They're upset that casinos are open at 50% capacity but per the governor's orders, churches can only allow 50 people inside.

Most of the demonstrators did not wear masks and there was little social distancing.

Just over two weeks ago, the supreme court ruled 5 - 4 against a church near Reno which challenged the governor's directive.
