34-year-old Kimberly Kim Tien was booked early Wednesday morning and taken back to her hotel to complete her quarantine period.
The state says an “irate” citizen alerted management at the LayLow Waikiki Hotel that Tien's Instagram account showed she left her room multiple times.
Staff at the hotel reported her to law enforcement and said they informed all guests about the rules before and during their stay.
