LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Rent prices in Las Vegas have climbed since the beginning of the pandemic, according to Apartment List.
It reports prices are up nearly 5.5% from January of 2020.

It also reports the median rent in the valley is $930 for a 1-bedroom and $1,200 for a 2-bedroom.

Despite the rise, Apartment List says renters will find more reasonable prices in Las Vegas than most comparable cities.
