A new study suggests hand hygiene has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Researchers found that the odds of a person remembering to wash their hands after coughing, sneezing, or blowing there nose was 2.3 times higher in 2020 than in 2019.
And when it came to washing hands before eating at a restaurant, 70% of people reported doing that in 2020 while 55% said they did it in 2019.
