LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — After reporting limited supplies were causing delays in getting its employees vaccinated last week, the Clark County School District said on Tuesday that the registration process is now open to all CCSD and charter school employees.
Pre-K through 12th-grade educators and staff can take an online questionnaire here in order to register for the COVID-19 vaccine through UNLV Medicine.

The school district says scans or photos of the following documents must be uploaded to the registration system before employees can begin the process:
- Government-issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport.
- Health insurance card, front and back, if you have one. (You will not be charged for the vaccine.
Employees must also use their ccsd.net emails to register, the district says.
CCSD recommends adding no-reply@parse.unlv.mycareerplan.health to your safe sender's list to ensure you do not miss the confirmation email after registering for the vaccine.
