The Department of Homeland Security says it won't make routine enforcement arrests there.
Vaccination sites will be considered sensitive locations and arrests will only be made under extraordinary circumstances.
In a statement DHS said it's encouraging everyone to receive the vaccine when they're eligible regardless of immigration status.
