Cliven Bundy has filed a complaint against federal officials, claiming they're violating his constitutional rights.
Bundy has filed the complaint against President Barack Obama, Sen. Harry Reid, Reid's son Rory and federal judge Gloria Navarro, seeking to dismiss his grand jury indictment. Bundy was indicted in February on criminal charges from the 2014 standoff at his ranch near Bunkerville.
The complaint can be found on attorney Larry Klayman's website. In early April, Navarro refused to allow Klayman to join Bundy's defense team.
In the document, Bundy also asks to be freed from solitary confinement.
A press conference is going to following Bundy's hearing Tuesday morning at Las Vegas Federal Court.
