LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Preparations are underway to get the youngest kids back into Clark County School District classrooms.
Superintendent Jesus Jara visited Goolsby Elementary School in Summerlin this morning.
He toured a few classrooms with the principal on how the school would practicing social distancing and accommodate students in-person and virtually at the same time under a hybrid model.

The work comes after CCSD made an agreement with Clark County Education Association in December to have pre-k to third-grade students return to the classroom.
Dr. Jara says welcoming kids back to campus has been his priority after weeks of planning.
