LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Clark County commissioners approved a development and bond agreement for the All Net Arena on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip.
The project has been stalled for years. The property would include an arena, two hotel towers, a movie theater and retail shops.

The company developing the project is run by former NBA and UNLV basketball player Jackie Robinson.
