13 Action News received an incredible video from one of our viewers.

In the video, you can see a Rubber Wheel Dynapac roller plowing into a car that was stopped in the left turn lane.

It happened at the intersection of Ann Road and Drexel, which becomes Tenaya Way.

"I'm just sitting at the light, waiting for it to turn and then boom," said Isaac Stephens.

The valley father of five was on his way to work when the incident happened shortly before 7 a.m. Thursday.

"I felt the initial hit, I thought it was a truck, like an 18-wheeler," he said.

The steam roller doesn't stop though. It keeps going and the white car is eventually pushed up on its side.

"I know for a fact that God has angels camped around my family and I," said Stephens.

Stephens was able to crawl out of his car.

In addition to cuts and scrapes, he said he injured his neck and back in the forceful collision.

The driver was able to eventually stop the Dynapac. The driver told Nevada Highway Patrol that he was unable to stop the piece of equipment, which is owned by Las Vegas Paving.

The driver of the car was transported to University Medical Center with minor injuries. He was released soon after.

The Dynapac operator was cited for failure to use due care.

Stephens said he's glad the driver was not injured.
