A wildfire continues to burn near Los Angeles, filling the skies of Las Vegas with smoke.
The fire burned over 35,000 acres so far. Reports say containment is only at ten percent.
As fire crews to battle the flames, the smoke will continue to settle in the Las Vegas valley. Officials are hoping that winds on Tuesday will help improve conditions.
Residents are advised to limit their time outside, keep windows and doors closed, and turn on A/C to help filter out harmful air particles.
