LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — An outside data company has released a list of the best and worst neighborhoods in Las Vegas for real estate buying or investing.
ATTOM Data Solutions took a look at 10,000 neighborhoods across the country.
The rankings are based on things like affordability, unemployment, crime rates and property taxes.
The neighborhoods were given letter grades of A through F.
Some of the best neighborhoods in Las Vegas are River Mountain and Green Valley South in Henderson and Southern Terrace and Royal Ridge in Las Vegas.
Some of the worst neighborhoods included El Dorado, Winchester, Meadows and the northwest area.
