Two men, one armed with a shotgun, tied up a bartender at The Hideaway Bar & Grill near Cheyenne Avenue and Rancho Drive and took about $1,000 from the register at approximately 5 a.m. Wednesday.
"The only thing that upsets me is that somebody would try to hurt my bartender fortunately she was not hurt at all," said Hideaway owner Eric Culver.
Both suspects fled in an unknown direction of travel.
There have been a string of bar robberies around Las Vegas in the past several weeks.
Culver told 13 Action News, "I believe in the bar business in Las Vegas. It's not an 'if' it's a 'when' as far as a robbery is concerned."
Culver says he's going to put in some new measures to make it safer there overnight.
This bar was robbed and the bartender was tied up. I just looked at the surveillance footage. @KTNV pic.twitter.com/kctnsZQVP5
