A person is in custody following an early morning shooting outside Deja Vu Adult Emporium.
The shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. Sunday outside the store near Tropicana Avenue and Arville Street. The person shot has non-life threatening injuries.
A suspect is in custody facing charges of battery with a deadly weapon.
