Another fire at a valley apartment complex that's already facing a lawsuit.
Firefighters responded to Solaire Apartments on Karen and Maryland Parkway, putting out a fire from a second story floor closet.
This is just the latest fire at the complex. Last year 13 Investigates uncovered the complex is facing a lawsuit. It claims negligence led to a fire that killed a woman in 2018.
