A Nevada judge is pushing back the dates of two upcoming trials for a self-described pimp accused of killing three people in a shooting and fiery crash on the Las Vegas Strip.
Clark County District Court Judge Kathleen Delaney agreed Monday to a defense request to postpone until Sept. 9 a kidnapping and sex assault trial stemming from a woman's claim that 27-year-old Ammar Harris raped her in 2010.
That trial had been due to start Monday.
The judge says the delay will push back Harris' separate death penalty trial stemming from allegations that he killed a man driving a Maserati and two people in a taxi that burst into flames Feb. 21.
The shooting and crash trial had been slated for September.
No new date was immediately set.
