Ammar Harris, the man accused of a shooting on the Las Vegas Strip that resulted in three deaths, will be headed back to Nevada soon.

The Clark County District Attorney's office has confirmed that the governors of California and Nevada have signed off on Harris' extradition.

His next hearing will be a status check on April 24.

Harris is accused of shooting Kenny Cherry Jr. as the two of them drove down the Las Vegas Strip after a confrontation in the valet area of a Strip hotel.

Cherry lost control of his car and slammed into a taxi, killing the driver and passenger.

Harris was arrested in Los Angeles on Feb. 28 following an intense manhunt.

According to the paperwork, Harris must be extradited by May 10.
