The man accused of killing three people on the Las Vegas Strip may need to find a new lawyer.

Ammar Harris' lawyer says he wants out. The issue will be taken up in court Monday morning.

Public defender David Schiek hasn't said why he wants to withdraw from the case.

Harris is charged with three counts of murder stemming from the February shooting on the Strip.

Prosecutors said Harris shot and killed a man in another car as they both drove down the Strip after an altercation at a hotel.

The man who was shot then crashed into a taxi and killed 2 people.

The trial was supposed to start in December.

Harris will be sentenced next month for a separate conviction. He was recently found guilty of sexual assault and robbery.
