ORIGINAL STORY
LAS VEGAS (KTNV) - A nationwide search is underway for 2-year-old Noelani Robinson after police say her Las Vegas mother, Sierra Robinson, was shot and killed in Milwaukee on March 11.
Authorities say Robinson was in Milwaukee to pick up her daughter from the child's father Dariaz Higgins, who was formerly Sierra's pimp.
Today's TMJ4 reports, Higgins has been charged with homicide in connection to her death.
Court records say Robinson was with a friend and Higgins in a car when they stopped at an apartment in Milwaukee to get her daughter. Higgins told Sierra that Noelani was inside, then as Sierra and her friend walked to the door, Higgins shot them multiple times.
Sierra was declared dead at the scene. The other woman was treated for multiple gunshot wounds at a nearby hospital.
Police say Higgins drives a black or dark blue SUV. They ask that anyone who sees him calls 911 immediately.
Authorities do not know where Higgins is heading or if he even has Noelani with him.
They are asking the public to share the Amber Alert on social media and be on the lookout for both them.
