LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Four police officers were injured this morning during a 2-alarm fire at a Siegel Suites property on North Las Vegas Boulevard.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to the fire at 10:42 a.m. They say that the fire was confined to one unit, but surrounding units had to be evacuated.

The police officers are most likely suffering from smoke inhalation and heat exhaustion. LVFR spokesperson Tim Szymanski says the police officers did a commendable job getting people out of the building before they arrived.
Three people were also injured during a house fire in the downtown area. LVFR believes that fire may have been cooking related.
Both fires are under investigation.
