Four Clark County Fire Department firefighters have been given the department's highest honor -- the Medal of Honor.
The firefighters were off duty and attending the Route 91 Harvest festival on Oct. 1, 2017. When shots rang out, they sprang into action, dragging victims to safety and teaching civilians how to make tourniquets.
They were honored during a private ceremony but Chief Greg Cassell share photos with the media.
