WATCH FULL: 3 new Bellagio fountain shows will celebrate reopening

As resorts throughout Las Vegas reopen on Thursday, June 4, MGM Resorts will mark the day by relaunching its iconic fountain show with three songs dedicated to the strength and resiliency of frontline workers, the country, and the people of Las Vegas, respectively.

The Fountains have become a quintessential part of the Las Vegas experience for visitors from across the globe. Since its debut in 1998, The Fountains have been named a top landmark in the country by TripAdvisor and have been featured in Travel + Leisure as one of the top 20 most Instagrammed places in the world.

Complementing its regular rotation of songs and performances, The Fountains will play the three songs to commemorate Las Vegas’ reopening throughout the day:

  • “Simple Gifts” – a tribute to frontline workers
  • “Star Spangled Banner” – commemorating the country’s strength throughout this crisis
  • “Viva Las Vegas” – celebrating the resiliency of the people of Las Vegas
