28th anniversary of deadly PEPCON explosion

It has been 28 years since a massive explosion rocked the old Pacific Engineering and Production Company of Nevada plant in Henderson.

2 people were killed and more than 300 injured in the PEPCON blast on May 4, 1988, which was ignited by sparks from a welder's torch.

Damage was estimated at $74 million.
