LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The man accused of DUI in a crash that killed two people on Saturday had his first court appearance in Las Vegas Justice Court on Sunday.
Aaron Kruse was granted $250,000 bail.

His attorney argued for $1,000 bail, but the judge ruled him a danger to the community and ordered it at $250,000. If he posts bail, Kruse must have high-level electronic monitoring and an alcohol monitoring device.
According to the prosecutor, police at the scene of the deadly crash said that Kruse smelled of alcohol and that he admitted to having had drinks at the Cosmopolitan prior to the crash.
