A 20-year-old man died after driving his vehicle into a parked semi-truck late Wednesday night.
Around 11:57 p.m., a Scion was traveling westbound on Vegas Valley Drive, west of Tree Line Drive, when it left the roadway and collided with the rear of a Freightliner semi-truck that was parked in a vacant dirt lot.
The driver of the Scion was pronounced deceased on scene.
