UPDATE AT 10:15 PM: Police say a 2010 Dodge Challenger was traveling north on Decatur Boulevard with a southbound 2002 Lincoln Continental turned left across its path while attempting to turn into a private drive. Both drivers and the passenger were transported to UMC. The occupants of the Lincoln suffered serious injuries.
The occupants of the Lincoln were an elderly couple from Teaneck, New Jersey. The occupant of the Challenger was a 43-year-old male. He suffered moderate injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
UPDATE AT 6:45 PM: The northbound lanes of Decatur Boulevard are still closed and will be for a few more hours.

Two people were injured in a crash on Thursday afternoon near Decatur and Charleston boulevards.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash. The injured people were transported to UMC Trauma in unknown condition.
Decatur is currently closed from Oakey to Charleston.
The incident happened at 3:36 p.m.
