LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — For the 11th year in a row, the Youth and Justice Forum was held in Las Vegas to build relationships between teens and law enforcement and give them a chance to learn from each other.
The organizers say this year's forum is more timely than ever "given the current national climate surrounding the deaths of African-Americans at the hands of police."

A local attorney also explained rights to free speech, freedom to protest and how young people should interact with police officers.
