LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas police say impairment does not appear to be a factor in a deadly crash involving two motorcycle riders and a Ford Mustang.
The crash happened near South Decatur Boulevard and West Oakey Boulevard shortly before 9:45 p.m. on April 28.
Both riders were thrown from the motorcycle after it hit the car at the intersection. One rider died at the scene and the other rider was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
The driver of the Mustang was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The motorcyclist's death marks the 39th traffic related death in Las Vegas for 2019.
The crash remains under investigation.
