"My Black Friday plans are to not overbuy," says local shopper, Susan.
HAVE A PLAN
The deals can almost be too tempting. Valley shoppers agree, to avoid overspending, you need to have a plan.
"Make a list of the things you want to get and then hit those stores first. Even if you have to get there a little bit early before the store opens," says local shopper, Laurie.
BARGAINS AT JCPENNEY
WalletHub looked at this year's bargains and found JCPenney is offering some the biggest deals in the valley.
On average you'll save just above 60% on discounted products with some of the biggest cuts in the apparel section. You'll also save on items like $150 off a Ninja pressure cooker, only $170 on Black Friday.
KOHL'S
At Kohl's the average discount is just below 60% with some of the biggest savings on jewelry.
"We've got half carat diamond jewelry going for $65. Both bracelets and earrings. A lot of new offerings out there," says Kohl's Manager, Bryan Stanley.
The Kohl's shopping app is also offering something all new, to help make your experience even easier.
"It will tell you what Black Friday deals, where they're at in each store and each store while they're different, once you go in you go into the Kohl's wifi and you'll see that store's exact layout for what you're looking for," says Stanley.
WALMART
Walmart's app offers the same.
"It's going to tell you where everything is located. Just search the item. It's going to tell you the aisle location of where it's located," says Walmart Manager, Candace Vandervaart.
On average you're going to save more than 34% on discounted items. Like a special buy 40" Roku Smart TV for only $98.
TARGET
Target is offering similar savings, including a deal on Beats Solo 3 wireless headphones for $129.99, a $170 discount. The Target app also allows you to create a shopping list, that provides the aisles where your items can be found.
At Best Buy you'll save an average of about 30% on discounted products. Some of the best bargains include a $300 Hisense 65" Smart 4K Ultra HD TV. That's a savings of $200.
PACK YOUR PATIENCE
In the end no matter where you decide to go, there's one thing shoppers know they should expect on Black Friday.
"I guess I'll have to pack some patience, because the lines will be quite long," says Susan.
