From 2-4 p.m., the event will include a make-and-take project, refreshments, a raffle and discounts on items teachers need for their kids throughout the year. You can also meet other teachers in the community, get classroom ideas and learn about teacher benefits and services offered at Michaels.

Teachers will also get 20% off until July 20, and they can score a free tote bag filled with back-to-school products from Crayola, Expo, Sharpie, The Happy Planner and more. The tote bag is valued at $35 and is free July 19 and 20 with any $30 purchase after all discounts and coupons.

Target’s discount includes everything from school supplies and classroom storage to food storage bags, health and wellness items like disinfecting wipes and sanitizer, and even women’s and men’s apparel, accessories and shoes.

To get the discount, just fill out a short form with your school’s name, your name, the school’s email address and your personal email address. You will then receive the coupon via email, which can be used online or in stores. The discount applies to all U.S. teachers, including those who work in day-care centers, early childhood learning centers, home schools and other places teachers work.
