LAS VEGAS/KTNV — With hundreds of thousands of people expected to celebrate New Year's Eve in Las Vegas, McCarran International Airport decided to give tourists a chance to get the party started - just as soon as their flights landed.
The airport hosted a silent disco in Terminal 1's baggage claim Monday afternoon to welcome tourists to town on NYE.
Travelers wore headphones and had options to pick which genre of music they like along with volume controls.
Dancers had a celebratory toast at noon with sparkling apple cider.
